The receptionist Abd alrahman was great and went out of his way to help us to book taxi, vans and transportation in general. The other receptionist helped us with very heavy luggage. The location is great!

This was a fabulous boutique hotel that I stayed at for 4 nights with my mom & sister. It was super clean, modern, great design with high end amenities. This hotel really stands out because of their attention to detail. You can tell that all the products & items in the room are high quality starting with their crazy soft, huge bath sheets, shower & bath products and selection of teas. The beds were really comfortable. We booked the 2 bed suite and there were 3 TVs (1 for each of the bedrooms & 1 for the sitting room)! We were there during Holocaust Remembrance Day so we scrambled to find takeout and then we took it to the rooftop area and had a wonderful dinner with a view of Jerusalem. Ruth at the front desk was amazing!! Super helpful & friendly and believe me, we had a lot of questions. She & Sarah gave us some great restaurant recommendations (esp Gan Sipur). We had an issue with our first room and she got us moved to another room ASAP with ease. The location was great - it's a little bit of trek out to old Jerusalem (~30 mins walk) but on the positive side, it's close to the market area where there are tons of restaurants.

Nastanitev Austrian Pilgrim Hospice se nahaja v Jeruzalemu v regiji Jerusalem District, manj kot 1 km od znamenitosti Getsemani in 11 min hoje od znamenitosti Cerkev vseh narodov, ter ponuja vrt. really really recommend!!! first the location is just perfect and the facility is newly renovated and secured. we felt really safe. the rooftop view is amazing and it is nice privilege that we can access any time. the breakfast is also perfectly arranged, european style. the restaurant was also good for value, quality and taste. we had really perfect stay here.

Located in Ein Kerem village, Alegra Boutique Hotel is 200 metres from the Church of the Visitation. It offers a sauna in its fruit orchard, and luxurious suites with exposed-stone walls. This hotel has been our home away from home in Jerusalem for years now, and it never disappoints! It's located in a quiet area, with a public (and free) parking lot just a couple of minutes on foot from the hotel; I'd suggest to have a car, because while there are a few restaurants nearby, if you want to go to Jerusalem city centre it's the best way. A big bonus of this hotel is the garden, an oasis of calm, beautiful in every season. The services and amenities are excellent and the staff goes out of their way to make guests feel home (thank you so much, we really feel part of the Alegra family!). Our favourite room is in the main building, with direct access to the garden (and when possible, the hotel accomodates our special request, like they did this time), but I can assure you that also the rooms in the building right opposite the street have the same beauty, unique style and another little garden (but guests are always welcome to come to the main building to enjoy the garden and the dining room/coffee corner). I highly recommend, at least one morning during your stay, to indulge in the rich, fresh and absolutely delicious breakfast (Israeli, with salad, bread, cheese, eggs, shakshuka... but you'll also find something if you prefer a sweet treat to start your day) - and the dining room is stunning and full of light, too!
